Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Suz Cruise Chicago fundraising page!
We all know that there's strength in numbers, so it’s with great strength that we (Jill, Rachel, Nancy, Sharon, Julie, Laurie, Lisa, Stacey and Dana) will work and walk toward putting an end to the suffering caused by breast cancer. We walk together for our friend Suzanne Bartholomew, whose strength and fierce determination beat cancer continues to inspire all.
We've each made a big commitment. We’ll spend the next months training to prepare for a walk of up to a marathon and a half. Each team member is required to raise at least $1,800 in donations. But because we're in this together, we know that, with your help, we can do it.

About Avon Breast Cancer Crusade
The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade qualifies under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Launched in 1992, the Crusade is affiliated with the Avon Foundation for Women. The Crusade’s philanthropic commitment is to enable access to medical advances and support services for breast cancer patients, particularly those from vulnerable populations, and to invest in research on the prevention, diagnostics, and treatment of breast cancer. Funding is awarded to beneficiaries ranging from leading cancer centers to community-based breast health programs for awareness and education; screening and diagnosis; access to treatment; support services; and scientific research.
