Hi! My name is Cam McCrystal and I am a freshman at Phillips Exeter Academy. I am participating in AVON 39 The Walk to End Breast Cancer in memory of my loving grandmother Eileen, in hope for my resilient cousin Sally, and in honor of my best friend's mom Ellen. All 3 of these incredible women have either fought breast cancer previously, or are in the current battle against it. They are so influential to me; and my team and I will strive during this walk to help support them, as well as other remarkable women fighting their own battles.
I have come together with 7 of my closest friends, all of whom are 15 years old. My team and I will be the youngest participants in the walk, therefore adopting the name "Young Guns" to emphasize the ability our youth can still have to make a change.
As part of the walk, I am required to raise AT LEAST $1,800....and this is where you come in! I would greatly appreciate it if you could help us with our cause to defeat breast cancer by offering a donation. Small or large, every penny counts!! I hope to help the thousands of women who suffer from breast cancer, and even the smallest contribution on your part could have such a big impact.
